Before I relocated to Arlington, I spent over ten years living and photographing families in Cambridge. It’s one of those special places where you really do get the best of city life and small neighborhood feels. I have deep connections there – memories, favorite spots, and families I’ve photographed through multiple chapters of their lives.
Cambridge is layered, alive and full of families who choose it deliberately, and I love making family photos that feel as vibrant as living in the city feels. As a Cambridge family photographer, I want your family photos to reflect the context of this special place you’ve chosen to live – whether that’s out and about the city or right at home.

I work in a documentary style, which means rather than posing you and hoping everyone smiles at the same time, we build your session around something your family actually enjoys doing together.
Maybe that’s a trip to Toscanini’s, or an hour at the Danehy playground, or a picnic at North Point Park. Or, maybe it’s simply an afternoon at home doing whatever your family does on a slow Sunday (yes please!!). Baking something, reading together, kicking a ball around the backyard. Whatever is real and authentic for your family right now – that’s the best setting for your photographs.
